How payments, deposits, cancellations, and refunds are handled for our services.
Custom software development, consulting, discovery, design, architecture, AI integration, support, and implementation work involve time-based and milestone-based effort. Because work begins immediately and resources are allocated specifically to each client, fees paid for completed work, active work, or reserved delivery capacity are generally non-refundable unless a written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
Project deposits, booking fees, discovery payments, and kickoff fees are non-refundable. These payments secure scheduling, research, planning, and delivery capacity.
If a support plan, maintenance package, or recurring retainer is offered, cancellation terms will follow the written proposal or invoice. Where no separate term is stated, prepaid periods are not refunded once the service window has started.
Refund eligibility is not based on business outcome, adoption, revenue, rankings, user response, platform approval, or performance expectations unless such commitments are expressly agreed in writing. We do not provide guarantees of commercial success, uninterrupted uptime, or error-free operation.
